📖 1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

• "Platform"means the k6669 website accessible at k6669.asia and all associated mobile browser interfaces, services, products and features offered therein.
• "Player" or "User"means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and is using the services provided.
• "Account"means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds and track betting activity.
• "Funds"means the real-money balance held in a Player's account, comprising deposited amounts and any bonus credit that has met applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus"means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or enhanced-odds offer granted by k6669 to a Player, subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
• "KYC"means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process that k6669 is required to conduct before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary for regulatory compliance.

✅ 2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the k6669 Platform, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account by contacting k6669 support at [email protected]. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

🔞 3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the k6669 Platform and all its services is restricted to eligible individuals only. To be eligible to register and use the Platform you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the Platform.

• You are at least 21 years of age. k6669 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, and no exceptions are made under any circumstances.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close associate of k6669 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been excluded from k6669 or self-excluded under the Responsible Gaming policy, unless a formal reinstatement has been approved by k6669 support.

👤 4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of k6669 services, players must complete the registration process and maintain their account in good standing. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.

• Each Player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts detected by our system will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
• All registration information submitted to k6669 must be accurate, current and complete. Players are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
• Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. k6669 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Player's credentials were compromised through the Player's own negligence.
• Players must notify k6669 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, or if they discover any discrepancy in their account balance or transaction history.
• k6669 reserves the right to impose account-level stake limits, deposit limits, loss limits, or session time limits on any account where activity patterns suggest risk of harm. These controls may be applied without prior notice in cases where player welfare is a concern.

k6669 employs SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account settings after logging in. k6669 will never request a Player's password by email, SMS or live chat.

💳 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

k6669 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above ৳100,000 may be subject to enhanced KYC verification before funds are credited to the player's account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in the ordinary course. k6669 targets same-day processing for the majority of bKash and Nagad withdrawals submitted before 18:00 BST.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit. k6669 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or unverified payment accounts.
• k6669 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership, in accordance with our KYC obligations.
• k6669 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on its end. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their chosen payment provider.

🎁 6. Bonuses and Promotions

k6669 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonus and promotional activity on the Platform.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual bonus offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts will be treated as fraudulent activity.
• k6669 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the applicable wagering requirement and expiry date remain as stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the time period specified in the offer. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Players must not use bonus funds for the purpose of low-risk or hedged betting strategies (for example, betting on all outcomes of an event or placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts). k6669 may void winnings and confiscate balances where such activity is detected.

🏏 7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, cricket betting, and casino wagering conducted on the k6669 Platform. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant product sections of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Player and accepted by the Platform. k6669 will not cancel or reverse a bet on the grounds that the Player changed their mind after placement, except where a technical error on the Platform's part is verified.
• In the event of a match or game being suspended, cancelled or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform at the time of betting. For cricket matches, BPL and international T20 void-bet rules apply as published.
• k6669 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or palpably erroneous price resulting from a human error or system malfunction. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension.
• Maximum winnings per single bet are capped at ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated for a specific market. For accumulator bets, the total payout cap is ৳1,000,000. These limits exist to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Platform for all players.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of k6669's trading team, including during key moments such as wickets, boundaries, penalties, or technical review periods. Any bets placed during a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned.

🛡️ 8. Responsible Gaming

k6669 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer a suite of responsible gaming tools to help players manage their activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time via the account settings section of the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time. Increases to existing deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to remind them how long they have been playing. These alerts appear as on-screen notifications during an active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or permanent exclusion. • Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality-check pop-ups that display their net gaming position (total wagered and total won) for the current session, helping them maintain awareness of their spending.

🚫 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k6669 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any use of the Platform for illegal financial activity. k6669 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously, including using a friend's, family member's, or third party's account to circumvent account restrictions or bonus eligibility limits.
• Using bots, scripts, automation software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, share insider information about match results or sporting events, or engage in any form of match-fixing related betting activity.
• Charging back deposits made to k6669 via a payment provider, or making fraudulent payment claims. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover losses.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or misrepresenting the Player's true location.

k6669 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity in real time. Players who engage in prohibited activities forfeit all rights to funds held in their account and waive any claims against k6669 arising from account closure.

🔐 10. Account Suspension and Termination

k6669 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or termination.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information, including false date of birth, false identity documents, or a false payment account name.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by k6669, or failure to provide requested documentation when asked to do so.
• Detection of suspicious betting patterns, use of prohibited software, evidence of collusion, or any activity that k6669 reasonably believes constitutes fraud, cheating or abuse of the Platform.

⚖️ 11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k6669 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, even if k6669 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

k6669's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

All content on the k6669 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of k6669 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, display, broadcast or creation of derivative works from any Platform content without k6669's prior written consent.

📝 13. Amendments to These Terms

k6669 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k6669 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted immediately and the effective date updated accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

🏛️ 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the jurisdiction in which k6669 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. k6669 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within 30 days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
